The professionals at PSA are all Out-of-network providers. If you have an HMO, your insurance will not cover any of our services.
**Call your insurance company and give them our information so they can look up your benefits and let you know what percentage of the costs they will cover**
If your insurance allows for use of an out-of-network provider (most PPOs allow this) you may be reimbursed for services after your deductible is reached.
When necessary, PSA offers services on a sliding fee scale. You may call to discuss payment options. You may choose to do your own billing or we can do the billing for you so you won’t have to. At the beginning of each month PSA will send a bill to your insurance company for all sessions scheduled the previous month. If your insurance allows you to use of an out-of-network provider, your insurance company will send you a reimbursement check.
