Lea Noring, M.S., is a Program Director of Walden Behavioral Care’s Alpharetta and Dunwoody Clinics. A fourth-year doctoral student and Ph.D. Candidate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northcentral University, she  holds a master’s degree in Family Sociology from Valdosta State University.  Before affiliating with the Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders in 2014, Lea worked as a child and adult ADHD coach and as a special education and family advocate. Her areas of interest include eating disorders, couples therapy, co-parenting therapy, ADHD (and how it affects family relationships), school problems (and how they affect family relationships), the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and personality type, helping families implement no-fault communication, and helping people recover from traumatic bullying experiences.
